From initial consultation to your return home, I ensure every step of your journey is thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed.
During this initial briefing, I will listen to your needs, travel styles and preferences. We'll get to know each other and I'll share the next steps and corresponding timeline with you.
This is where the magic happens! With all the information you've provided, I'll put together your itinerary with places and accommodations that I think you'll love. You can review the itinerary and make as many changes as you want or you can leave it up to me and I'll take full care of it.
At this point, I'll start making reservations and handle all the logistics on your behalf. Even if you only need help with hotel bookings, I'll provide you with as little or as much assistance as you need.
Yay! This is where you get your fully customised itinerary that can be accessed through your own personalised app. It has all the personal documents for your trip, information on what to do/see, where to go, how to get around, where to eat, etc. All in one place.
Time to enjoy! I'll check in with you and I'm fully committed to assisting you until the moment you arrive back home in case you need help while on the road.
I'll collect your feedback and together we will reflect on your trip and what could potentially improve for your next trip.
I charge a professional fee for the trip planning, which varies based on the length and complexity of your trip. I'll provide a quote once I've taken an initial brief from you.
